SONFUAT PRECISION commenced its operation in August 1980, and has grown by leaps and bounds over the past 26 years. Today, it is an established business entity, offering its customers a wide range of services, with its primary focus on plastic injection moulding of high precision engineering and electronic parts. Other secondary activities include metal insertion, spray painting, pad & silk printing, and assembly.

The company’s history can be traced to SONFUAT MACHINERY WORKS, another member of the SONFUAT family. The latter started business 2 years earlier, and it soon led to the set-up of SONFUAT PRECISION. By 1985, SONFUAT PRECISION’s business volume had grown to the extent that a bigger location was needed for SONFUAT’s operation. The subsequent years witnessed even more growth by SONFUAT PRECISION, which prompted the management in 1997 to relocate SONFUAT’s operation to its own factory along Jalan Minyak Beku.

SONFUAT PRECISION’s customers today enjoy reliability in both quality and efficiency. The company gained its ISO 9001 certification in March 2002. Its business is driven by a deep desire to deliver customer satisfaction, through its emphasis on well-trained human resource and superior machinery base. SONFUAT PRECISION believes in long-term relationships with its customers, and is committed to supporting the customers’ businesses. We are convinced that we can achieve growth only by helping our customers to grow.

To this end, the company runs a 3-shift operation with a workforce of more than 400 operators. The machineries occupying two large production halls are mostly German or Japanese made. The tonnage of the 60 injection moulding machines ranges from 40 to 850 tons. The management is fully aware of the need to constantly keep up with technological advances in this industry. In addition, there is no compromise in the enforcement of quality control in all aspects of the company’s operation, from production to maintenance to purchasing. The management also takes pride in its commitment to environment protection, having steered the company to achieve its ISO14000 certification in May 2006. SONFUAT PRECISION is also a RoSH compliant company.
